Bill Gorham of The Anchorage has volunteered to help the P.O.A. with legal issues.
4) Nils Kindwall (P.O.A.) was asked to look into upgrading the appearances of our entrances.
5) The County Sheriff is trying to assess J.L. homeowner $25 because their alarm systems occasionally, when activated, require a visit from the Sheriff's department. The P.O.A. does not agree.

The new Alteration Authorization forms are now in use.
